Refunds are non-existent. Once a deposit has been made, it cannot be canceled. You must use your balance to place orders through the NordPanel service. You agree that once payment is complete, you will not file a claim against us or attempt to charge back the payment for any reason.
If you file a claim against us or attempt to charge back the payment after making a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders and ban you from our website.
